What do I do if I have not received my order?

If it has been 7 days since your shipping email arrived and you still haven't received your order, please reach out to us on goodscrunchie@gmail.com. 

 

What do I do if there is an issue with my product?

Any issues at all with your order can be resolved by emailing goodscrunchie@gmail.com or messaging us on our social media channels. 

 

I need a large order of custom scrunchies- what do I do?

If you are looking for custom orders you can either supply the material or I can purchase it myself, please email goodscrunchie@gmail.com to be provided pricing and time frames! 

Custom scrunchies are a great idea for schools, dance clubs and more!

 

Haven’t received an order confirmation? 

Please add goodscrunchie@gmail.com to your contacts, and be sure to check junk, promotion and spam mail! This is been noted with Shopify as an issue, especially with gmail. 

 

Custom and Handmade Orders! 

Please be advised that items such as key-rings, lanyards and diffusers are handmade, meaning that colours of beads might differ slightly as they may have come from different batches! Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

 

What happens if I am charged for extra postage on parcel collection?

As a small business I try my absolute hardest to keep postage prices as low and affordable as possible!  I try and keep all your parcels as flat as possible to allow them to fit into cheaper postage. If you have any issues with parcel collection please send through a photo and receipt of your parcel to goodscrunchie@gmail.com and I will have this fixed immediately! 

 

Domestic Shipping 

Domestic Shipping Available across Australia using Australia Post. We ask that you allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive and 1-2 days for processing. Tracked and Non-Tracked options available on the shipping screen. 

The Good Scrunchie cannot take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items once they are in the care of the postage company.  
Change of Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the address you input for your order is correct, if there is an issue with that address please contact us urgently at goodscrunchie@gmail.com with the correct address. 
 
Refunds 
We will not process refunds for change of mind. Every circumstance is different, if you have any issues at all please message us via any of our channels and we will definitely have a chat!  
Car Diffuser Warning 
We do not recommend hanging your diffuser from the rear vision mirror as the heat may cause the lid to overfill and therefore cause leakage and possible damage to some surfaces. If there are any spills, wipe up immediately. Do not over tighten the wooden lid as this may cause the diffuser to break.
